How it works

Script‑first. Clean approvals. Fast delivery.

Genesis Forge is built to protect your timeline: approval gates, revision caps, and a repeatable production loop.

The goal: after one watch, a stranger can answer what it is, why they should care, and what to do next.
Gate #1: Script approval We don’t generate final visuals until the story is locked.
Gate #2: Picture lock We confirm pacing + scenes before final polish and exports.
Change control Meaning changes after gates are handled via scoped change orders.

The production loop

Repeatable • Fast • Premium

This is the workflow we follow on every project. It’s designed to keep quality high and revision creep low.

1

Intake

We collect offer, ICP, claims, proof, CTA, constraints, and references.

2

Script

We write for clarity and conversion. You approve the message before production.

3

Storyboard

12‑scene grid: what’s on screen, VO line, motion note, duration.

4

Hero frames

We generate key frames first to lock visual direction and consistency.

5

Motion + edit

Motion clips match hero frames. We build the cut to VO pacing.

6

Sound + captions

Music ramps, subtle sound design, loudness pass, captions always.

Discovery questionnaire

These inputs keep the project moving and keep the script sharp.

  • What is the product/service in one sentence?
  • Who is the buyer + what do they already believe?
  • What is the #1 misunderstanding that blocks purchase?
  • Top 3 claims (must be true + defensible)
  • Primary CTA (book call / demo / trial / buy)
  • Brand constraints (tone, “do not say,” colors)
  • 2–3 reference videos (what you like)
  • Where will this live? (homepage, ads, sales deck, event)
  • Hard deadline + success metric

Script beats (90–120s)

We use this structure because it consistently produces “first‑watch understanding.”

  1. 0–5s Pattern interrupt + outcome
  2. 5–20s Pain + stakes (make it visceral)
  3. 20–45s The “new way” (unique mechanism)
  4. 45–80s How it works (3‑step system)
  5. 80–105s Proof + credibility
  6. 105–120s CTA + urgency trigger

Visual buckets

  • Photoreal “world” shots
  • UI / diagrams / explainers
  • Typography moments (key claims)

QA checklist

Non‑negotiable

The film ships only when it passes these checks.

Message

After one watch, can a stranger answer “what is it + why care + what next”?

Pacing

No scene under 1s unless intentional. No dead air. VO drives the cut.

Claims + compliance

No risky absolutes. Regulated claims require client substantiation and review.

Brand

Logo safe areas, color discipline, typography consistent, UI matches brand feel.

Audio

VO intelligible on phone speakers. Music never masks VO. Loudness normalized.

Captions + exports

No typos. Correct aspect ratios. Clean filenames. Poster frames included.
